NCORC employs twenty-four (24) full time employees. 

NCORC has a Registered Nurse that address medical needs of each youth. If the youth needs to see a doctor, there is a physician that provides those services.  

NCORC has two therapist licensed through the Sate of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board and Marriage and Family Therapist Board on staff. The facility also contracts out for psychiatric services. 

NCORC has three (3) teachers that are contracted through River Valley School Systems – North Central Ohio Education Service Center. The teachers provide year round instruction.
